Originally released on Bastion Recordings, Digital only, #BAST008. Out of print. Label statement:

Shortly after releasing their debut, Song of the Coelacanth, Northern Beaches followed it with a free online collection of radical remixes and expanded live versions, showing immediately that they had plenty of ideas, twists, and turns up their sleeves. An improvisation originally released on Appendix made its way onto their second full-length, Music for Dying in Bars; this new release reissues most of the other live tracks and all the remixes, and adds a substantial amount of additional, never-before-heard live recordings.

Showing their penchant for increasingly experimental sounds and live performances that use their recorded output as a starting point, not an end, Appendices captures the excitement, power, and originality of this band as they honed their sound in 2011 and 2012.
